Diagnostics
When a measure fails validation, the editor shows a diagnostic pointing at the exact position in the expression, with one of these codes. Errors block saving; warnings don’t.
Errors

| SQX012 | unbound identifier |
| SQX013 | wrong arguments |
| SQX014 | row-level expression in a measure |
| SQX015 | non-additive accumulation |
Warnings

| SQXW02 | measure named after a function |
The two you’ll meet first
Section titled “The two you’ll meet first”- SQX012 — a bare name the analyzer can’t
place. Almost always a missing
Table.prefix or[brackets]. - SQX014 — row-level logic in a measure. The fix is a calculated field; the message says so too.
