When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”Series stacked over time — the top edge is the total, the bands are the parts. The story is “the total grew, and here’s what drove it.”
Field wells

Measure wells carry a quick-calc dropdown (running total, YoY %, % of total, …); SquareX measures drop in like any field.
- Middle bands are hard to read precisely — if per-series values matter, use a Line or small multiples.
