Management portal for platform operators

The management portal is for the staff who run a DataSquares platform, including a self-hosted install. It is not the workspace Admin area. If you administer one company’s workspace, see Users, roles & invites and Settings & operations instead.

The management portal lives at /platform and has its own sign-in, separate from workspace accounts. Operators use it to look after every tenant on the platform: their lifecycle, plans and billing, AI credits, signups, product switches and the audit trail.

Operators have one of two roles. A platform admin can act; platform support can read but not change anything. Every change asks for a reason, which is recorded in the portal audit log.

The pictures in these guides were recorded on a local test install with sample data, so most lists are short or empty. Yours will have your own tenants in them.
