Operations on the phone
The Operations pages of Workspace tools cover what keeps the workspace running. Each shows when your role may open it in the web app; Compute is for company admins only.
Logs reads rows from a log table over a time window: choose the Source, the Table and its Time column, then Show rows. The phone shows up to 200 rows. Filters, live tail and saving a search as an alert are in the web app (Logs). A table with no date or time column says so.
Recovery center
Section titled “Recovery center”Recovery center lists deleted items that can still be restored, with who deleted them and the days left. Roles that may restore see Restore: “Restore this item? Public links, schedules and alerts stay off until you turn them on again.” How long items stay is set in the web app (Lifecycle).
Pipelines
Section titled “Pipelines”Pipelines lists the workspace’s pipelines with their status. Open one for its Recent runs. Roles that may run pipelines see Run now, which asks first (“Start a run of this pipeline now?”) and says Run started. Building and scheduling pipelines is in the web app (Pipelines). Your licence decides whether Pipelines is available; when it is not, the page shows the server’s licence message.
Experience
Section titled “Experience”Experience shows how people use the product, in counts: the window (From, To), Events, People, Days with events, Last event, and rates such as Home → dashboard and Viewer → share. Each rate’s evidence and the other rates are on the web (Experience baseline).
Compute
Section titled “Compute”Compute (company admins) lists the run workers, whether each is Live or Offline, its version and its load. Machines, autoscaling, the run queue’s settings and scale events are on the web (Compute).
AI escalations
Section titled “AI escalations”AI escalations lists the questions the assistant handed to a person, with their priority and status. The chips at the top switch between Awaiting, Claimed and Resolved. On an escalation:
- Claim takes it: “Take this escalation? It is assigned to you.” The page says Assigned to you.
- Resolve closes it, with a note on what was done if it helps the next person.
If someone claimed it first, the page says so and shows it as it is now (AI escalations).
