Early access programs

Some DataSquares products ship to customers in waves before general availability. This page tracks what’s in Early Access today, what the label means, and how to get in.

  • Real product, real support. Early Access features run in production and are supported like the rest of the platform — with white-glove onboarding on top.
  • Rolling availability. We enable Early Access workspaces in waves so every cohort gets attention. Joining puts you in the queue for the next wave.
  • Roadmap input. Early Access customers talk directly with the team building the feature; requests from these cohorts weigh heavily on what ships next.
  • Moving surfaces. Interfaces and APIs may still change before general availability. Breaking changes are announced ahead of time.

Visual ETL/ELT orchestration: design pipelines as a graph of activities, run them on schedule- or event-based triggers, move only what changed with incremental loads and change data capture, and monitor every run with retries and alerting.

A managed columnar warehouse tuned for BI serving: sub-second aggregations over billions of rows, open Parquet storage on object storage, and a standard SQL endpoint — with nothing to size or tune.

A free desktop designer — Windows today, macOS on the way: the same canvas, chart engine, and format panel as the web product, running fully offline against local files (CSV, Excel, Parquet, and database extracts) with an embedded analytics engine. Projects live in portable .dsproj files; when you’re ready, publish to your workspace — or pull an existing dashboard down to iterate locally.

Native companion apps for Android and iOS (Android first; iOS in active development): live dashboards with your exact permissions, a governed metrics hub with sparklines and certification badges, threshold alerts, an Ask AI tab — streaming chat with the same governed agent as the web product, with live tool progress, links that open the dashboards it creates, and resumable conversation history (shown only when your server has AI configured) — biometric and SSO sign-in, and offline access to last-good metric values. Viewer-first by design — authoring stays on the web and Studio.

Everything else in these docs — connectors, data modeling and SquareX, dashboards, AI chat, sharing, exports and reports, and the REST API — is generally available now.

Request access through datasquares.ai/demo and mention which program you’re interested in. The team responds within one business day, and Early Access onboarding is scheduled with your own data and use case.
